Farmhouse B & B situated in countryside high above the River Usk valley enjoying lovely views over the Brecon Beacons. Eight miles west of Brecon and 1.5 miles north of the A40. Car essential.

Safe parking on tarmac surface.

Short distance of sloping ground leading to entrance. Ramp to paved terrace with ramp leading into wide entrance doorway.

Level ground floor consisting of dining room and wide doorway leading into lounge. Both rooms are well lit. T.V. with remote control in lounge. Guests may use proprietor's toilet on the ground floor, grab rail beside toilet. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor.

Wide wooden staircase with handrails and fourteen steps leading onto well lit landing, off which leads into two spacious bedrooms. Both rooms have en-suite facilities, one consisting of shower, toilet and basin, the other with bath/shower over, toilet and basin.

Our business is family run, whose members are Welcome Host trained and pleased to provide any assistance required by less able visitors. Special diets can be catered for, with fridge and microwave available for use by guests.
